Guarini School of Business, the Sociology, Criminal Justice, Asian Studies, Political Science, and Communication and Media Culture Departments, the Guarini Institute for Government and Leadership, and the Office of the President, proudly presents Nadine Strossen, Former President of the American Civil Liberties Union and John Marshall Harlan II Professor of Law at New York Law School. Strossen will discuss her latest publication, &#8220;HATE: Why We Should Resist it With Free Speech, Not Censorship,&#8221; (<a href=\"https:\/\/global.oup.com\/academic\/product\/hate-9780190859121?cc=us&amp;lang=en&amp;\">Oxford University Press, 2018<\/a>). Join us to hear Professor Strossen at 11am on Thursday, February 6, 2020 in The Duncan Family Sky Room. A frequent speaker on constitutional and civil liberties issues, her media appearances include 60 Minutes, CBS Sunday Morning, Today, Good Morning America, The Daily Show, and other news programs on CNN, C-SPAN, Fox, Al-Jazeera, and in Australia, Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
