\"photo<\/a>Jennison Associates, LLC, the<\/span> fundamental equity investment arm of PGIM, Prudential Financial\u2019s Global Asset Management Business, has announced that Kenneth Moore, \u201891, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Â鶹´«Ã½AVPeter’s University, has been named the next Head of the firm<\/a>. Ken\u2019s appointment will be effective starting January 1, 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jennison was one of the original independent institutional money managers, founded in 1969. The firm has distinguished itself in the industry by delivering investment excellence and developing long-term partnerships with clients that often span decades. With his appointment, Ken becomes the 5th leader in Jennison\u2019s 56-year history. Jennison Associates noted:<\/span><\/p>\n

We look forward to this exciting new chapter under Ken\u2019s leadership as we continue to pursue our singular goal: Delivering consistent long-term outperformance for our clients.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Ken has been with Jennison Associates\u00a0 for over 22 years, starting as the Chief Financial Officer and assuming his current position, Chief Operating Officer, in 2013.\u00a0 Ken will succeed Jeffrey Becker, current Jennison CEO, who will be retiring at the end of this year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ken received a BS in accounting, <\/span>summa cum laude<\/span><\/i>, from Â鶹´«Ã½AVPeter’s, an MBA in finance from New York University\u00a0 and is a CFA charterholder.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A member of the Â鶹´«Ã½AVPeter\u2019s Board of Trustees since 2018, Ken was elected Chair in 2023. He has served the university community with commitment and dedication, and his leadership of the Board of Trustees has helped position the university for future success.<\/span><\/p>\n
