What is Criminal Justice?
Criminal justice sits at the nexus of law, sociology and psychology. At Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV University we go beyond the surface-level understanding of the personal consequences of criminal behavior. We dig deeper, examining the root causes of crime and its impact on society.

Your studies will include a blend of theory and practical experience. And you’ll seek to answer questions such as:
- What are the underlying causes of crime in society?
- How do socioeconomic factors influence criminal behavior?
- How does the criminal justice system impact marginalized communities?

And we strongly encourage our students to complete a supplementary double major, as well as an internship—with our network in Jersey City and NYC, internships are easy to find.
