Dr. Joanna Rowson is a native of New Jersey and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Master of Administrative Science Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a earned a Ph.D. from Walden University in Public Policy & Administration with a concentration in Criminal Justice. Currently Dr. Rowson is employed with the State of New Jersey, New as an Investigator III. Dr. Rowson held a previous position at the Regional Intelligence Operations Center (ROIC) as an Intelligence Analyst. Dr. Rowson worked previously with the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons where she held the position as Correctional Officer/Administrative Officer. Dr. Rowson was an Adjunct Professor at Burlington County Community College where she taught The Introduction to Corrections in America.

Mr. Edgar F. Sepulveda, Jr. is an experienced educator who has taught criminal justice related courses at Â鶹´«Ã½AV University since 2002, including Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Evidence. Professor Sepulveda worked in the New Jersey judiciary for 32 years before his retirement. During his tenure in the courts, he served as an assistant director in the Criminal courts and director in the Family and Municipal courts. Mr. Sepulveda received a Bachelor of Art (BA) in Political Science and Spanish Literature and Culture from Drew University and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Dr. Andrew Winter is a law enforcement professional in the state of New Jersey with over two decades of experience. Dr. Winter currently supervises a county counterterrorism, bias, and intelligence unit working collaboratively with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to investigate bias incidents, investigate/mitigate threats of terrorism and to disseminate terrorism-related intelligence. Dr. Winter also has significant experience conducting homicide and crime scene investigations and has testified as a lay and expert witness in both state and federal courts. Dr. Winter currently serves as an executive board member on the New Jersey Bias Crime Officers Association (NJBCOA). Research interests include resiliency, organizational leadership, ethics, terrorism, and crime scene investigation.
